Looga Man
Born Ayun Kanye Daley on October 26th, 1977, Loogaman is well known for his unusual lyrical flows. Looga, a hard working DJ, has been pursuing his professional career since 1996. Among his musical influences are Ninjaman and Spragga Benz, and Looga aims to take his career to their level.
As a teenager, whether on the basketball court or just hanging out at lunchtime, Loogaman entertained friends with impressive lyrics, while attending Priory, Jamaica College, Hillel and Knox College, where he got a solid education. Son of a well known member of International Reggae Band, Third World, Richard Daley, Looga has a strong musical background. His father did his part in establishing Looga's career by offering career guidance and introducing his talent to veteran producers Sly Dunbar and Lloyd 'King Jammys' James.
A member of the vibrant deejay group 'Dutty Cup Crew' (Mr. Chicken, Kid Kurrup, Mossy Kid and Sean-Paul) since 16 years old, Looga's contribution has added greatly to the popularity of Dutty Cup Crew.
